Emerge, a metaverse company in LA had launched their product and decided to showcase it at NFT LA in 2022 a few days prior to the event.
We turned around a strategy within 24 hours and worked the event ourselves to convert customers.

Day 0 | Prep
One day before the event we digested the goals of the campaign, learnings from Emerge’s previous 2 physical events, and resources available.

Day 1 | Opening
On the day-of the event, we loaded in all the furniture and demo gear with the Emerge team, and started selling product.

Day 2 & 3 | Closing
Each day we huddled as a team, listened to observations from the team, and implemented learnings into the day’s new flow. We had a successful event, bringing in dozens of new customers for Emerge.
Day 0 | Prep
After listening to Emerge team, we realized that previous events were not designed for customer conversion, nor did they effectively convey the maturity of the company, which had raised tens of millions of dollars.
We restructured the demo flow to optimize for sales and crafted a high-touch experience from beginning to end.
Day 1 | opening
Emerge’s brand is very warm, so we decided to create a lounge in the middle of the experience, which made the space stand out in the sea of other tech exhibits.
Day 2 | momentum
People who stopped by the experience came back with more friends. Even Andrew Yang paid us a visit.
Day 3 | emotional stories
We brought in new customers into the Emerge community. Some shared tears of joy and emotion as we described to them the meaning of their tactile heartbeat NFT.
These two held their hands while we took their heartbeat, which was minted into the metadata of the heart NFT. A memory forever.
